Brent Samuel

Brent serves as Partner, Principal Broker, Business Broker, and licensed Real Estate professional, helping business owners evaluate, prepare, and navigate the sale of privately held businesses. With more than 20 years of business consulting and ownership experience, Brent understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities involved in business ownership and exit planning.

Since 2005, Brent has owned and operated Performance Management Consultants LLC, assisting more than one hundred furniture, retail, and privately held businesses with reorganizations, capital strategies, grand openings, transitions, liquidations, and profitable exit strategies.

Brent is a CMAP Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional, accredited through the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. He is also Principal Broker of Capital Real Estate Services, licensed in Virginia, and a member of the Richmond Association of REALTORS® and Virginia REALTORS®. Brent lives in Midlothian with his family and enjoys sailing, fishing, snowboarding, volleyball, travel, and staying active. He remains actively involved in the local business and real estate community, including the South Richmond Rotary.
